Daniel Carniel

Daniel is the current Head Physiotherapist of the South Sydney Rabbitohs Harold Matthews Squad as well as assisting in the Rabbitohs Junior Elite Pathways Program.


Since graduating from a Bachelors of Sport Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy, Daniel has worked with the NSW/ACT AFL Umpires and developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, in particular lower limb tendinopathies and knee/ankle injuries.


Daniel is a firm believer in merging strength and conditioning principles with traditional physiotherapy techniques in order to provide evidence-based interventions and the best quality care to his clients.


Daniel has continued his professional development through completing his Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy certificate as well as Mulligans Upper Limb course.


Outside of physiotherapy, Daniel is huge a cricket, NRL and AFL fan. He enjoys playing golf regularly and checking out the best coffee spots in Sydney.
