NDIS Services

At Alexandria Physiotherapy, we are committed to helping NDIS participants achieve their goals through individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy and nutrition support.

Whether you want to improve mobility, manage pain, or build strength, our team is here to support your journey every step of the way.

At Alexandria Physiotherapy, our focus is on client-centered, evidence-based care that supports your independence and wellbeing.

We know that every participant’s journey is different, so we begin with a thorough assessment and design a treatment plan that evolves with your progress.

We also take a collaborative approach - working closely with families, support coordinators, plan managers, and other health professionals like GPs, occupational therapists, and specialists to ensure your physiotherapy and dietitian support fits seamlessly into your broader care.
